Do you have catalogs or brochures?
In order to provide you with the best possible price, we do not offer catalogs or brochures. All of our product information is available on our website, or you can call customer service toll-free for assistance at 1-800-474-9404.

What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept Visa, MasterCard, AMEX and Discover Card, and Paypal. We also accept payment by check, but that will delay your order by the time it takes for your check to clear the bank. If you would like to speed up the ordering process, you may use a cashier's check or money order. The fastest way to receive your products is to order with a credit card. If paying by check, please make it out to THE SHADE DESIGNERS, and mail to:

Can I pay with a purchase order?
Currently we only accept purchase orders from government agencies.

Can I add products to my order?
If your order has not been sent to the factory yet, we may be able to add to your order. Please call our sales team at 1-800-474-9404. If the order has been submitted to the factory you will need to place a new order.

Can I order one blind now and then get matching blinds later?

Dye lots can vary slightly between orders, so it is always best to order a full set of matching blinds for each room at the same time. Also, window treatment lines do occasionally get discontinued, making it difficult or impossible to order matching window treatments to go with the ones you have already purchased.

Do you provide in home services?
We have partnered with local distributors  to offer a full-service in-home experience. They provide expert design advice from professionally trained style consultants. Just fill out a request form and a Budget Blinds representative will contact you set up an appointment.

Can you help me choose a color?
For color matching, we highly recommend that you order a swatch. You can get up to 11 delivered to your home free of charge.

What is your color disclaimer policy?

Due to the inconsistencies of various computer monitors, the colors displayed on your screen may not depict an accurate reproduction of the actual swatch color. We color correct each scan as accurately as possible. If you are interested in an actual swatch sample, we offer free swatches on select products.

Can I save a cart?
Yes. You will need to go to the shopping cart page, and choose "Save a Cart". Once you have clicked a link you will need to enter in your information and click the "Save Cart" link.

Can I change or cancel my order?
If you need to cancel or modify an order, please call our customer service department at 1-800-474-9404. Changes and cancellations can be done only before your order has gone into production. We will do our best to assist you, but please be aware that any orders already placed into production cannot be adjusted or canceled. Due to the speed at which our orders are processed, cancellation or change email requests will not be accepted.

How long will it take to receive my order?
Because our products are custom made to your exact specifications, they are not made until you order them. The time it takes to make a window treatment varies across all manufacturers and products. When will you charge my credit card?
All of our credit card transactions are approved online at the time of placing your order and are transacted by Cybersource. Your card will be charged right away in order to begin the production of your order. You may also place credit card orders by calling our sales department at 1-800-474-9404.

I did not receive an order confirmation, what do I do?
If you did not receive an order confirmation please check your spam folder as the email may have been blocked by your provider. If it is not in your spam folder, please call our customer service department at 1-800-474-9404 and we will promptly resend the confirmation to the email address you provide. To ensure receipt of THE SHADE DESIGNERS emails, please add the info@theshadedesigners.com  email to your safe sender list.
